*1 External input request to the sensor amplifiers connected to the DL-PD1 (Slot 0) can

be executed en bloc. (Smart Access function)

Functions assigned to the external input request 1 to 5 are as follows:

• External input request 1: Zero shift input

• External input request 2: TIMING input

• External input request 3: RESET input

• External input request 4: Standard waveform input

• External input request 5: Laser emission stop input
